About us

Stilicius is an ambitious and dynamic company with over 15 years of experience in the industry, fortunate to be founded in one of the most picturesque and evocative regions, Tuscany.

In a setting rich in history and tradition, such as Siena and its surrounding landscapes, the paths of the two founders crossed: Donato, with thirty years of experience in the hospitality industry as an Event Manager and a Maître of recognized excellence, and Giuseppe, a Chef with a decade-long history of satisfied palates, always seeking that delightful connection between Apulian and Tuscan traditions, with a touch of experimentation and innovation that he is known for.

It is precisely from the combination of gastronomic sophistication and excellent service that the certainty of offering a catering and banqueting service of absolute quality arises, linked to tradition and at the same time innovative where beauty, style and elegance of the setups and venues find their natural expression in the scenic splendour of the Tuscan landscape. All of this aims to create memorable events with a unique atmosphere that reflects the desires and meets the expectations of the clients we have the pleasure of collaborating with.
